Great stay. Room is very clean and well stocked. They accommodated a really late check in since we drove in all the way from Ontario. The room also included some tourist brochures which helped us figure out what to do. Great comfy furniture and trendy look. Super nice staff. Very close to all main attractions.
I'm here now and still have another day.Why do so many hotels screw up breakfast? Do they even try and eat their own food?Rooms are nice, no hot tub, but has a pool. Overall feel is of a 5 star hotel.I was here a week ago breakfast sucked as well.I rather take $15 off my room and I'll go for breakfast elsewhere.
The bedroom was very well equipped with all the little annemities. Was very impressed. They even had make up remover! The beds were comfy and the rooms were very clean. Only fault was the bathroom door getting stuck and being a little hard to close but it did not ruin the stay. Would definitely stay here again.
Pros: The hotel is modern and the rooms look great! Lisa, at the front desk, is really friendly and helpful. I would definitely offer her a raise.Cons: The hot breakfast options are below average (eggs & ham), but the continental options are decent. Parking is a major hassle. Parking spots behind the hotel are not reserved for guests. Unfortunately, I got a fine while I was there, though it clearly seems like this would be the hotel parking lot. I have written to the management team to let them know of my experience and they go to me though. They even offered me a complimentary night. I will return again.
Nice hotel. Really clean rooms and friendly staff. No real parking right around the hotel. Free parking for 2 hours during the day or parking overnight you need to move your car by 11am the next day. Parking was across the street from the hotel. Some underground which needs to paid for. Pool was alright but the lining is pulled and wrinkled. It is not a flat surface. Overall still 4 out of 5 stars as it was a really good hotel and good location.
