This is an awesome place to stay. The staff is like a family that will do all they can do to make your stay more pleasant. This hotel is also very close to eating establishments and a huge shopping mall on Champlain.
The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff where very friendly and very helpful with directions to places we wanted to visit and eat at. The pool was clean and very relaxing. The breakfast provided with the cost of the room was fantastic. Nice warm/hot items available along with cold items...cereal, yogurt, juice etc. The person working the breakfast room was very pleasant and made eating so much fun. Very personable and so much fun to be around. Definitely an asset to have around. The only draw back was the bathroom door as it did not open very wide to allow moving around the toilet area. The shower rod which had a round curve sticking out was being used as a door stop. Very tight quarters moving in there. Would highly recommend staying here and would stay again if I am ever around there again. Overall it was a very happy experience had by myself and my girlfriend.
Great meeting rooms, lots of natural light. Friendly reception. Bathrooms conveniently located in the meeting room. Very cozy hotel.
Was worried that it was too far away from the city, but it's only 5 mins from downtown. Surrounded by big box stores with Sobeys and liquor store real close. Room was surprisingly nice and the bed was really comfortable. Good option for low cost hotel.
Randy is a spectacular friendly man He is very helpful and made us feel like our decision to stay here was the right choice...he directed us to a close place to eat dinner and looked up waterfalls for us to adventure out to...so nice to meet great friendly people who make you feel welcome Thank you to Randy Annette from Caesarea Ontario
