Such horrible service and it's a shame since I'm a big fan of Sephora. If you're older than 30, you will get completely ignored and no one will come up to you and help you. Guess what Sephora Moncton/Dieppe, it's not only 20 year-olds who like to shop there. Tonight I was there for 20 minutes and not one consultant came up to me and asked if I needed help with anything. Instead they were hanging out all over the floor, talking with their co-workers or arranging stuff on the shelves, drawers, etc.
Employee's customer service was great! Everyone was very helpful and knew what they were talking about
The service sucks if you are rich or not wearing makeup they don't bother with you!!!!!
Absolutely the Best Customer Service. I was probably the hardest to please customer with my cruelty free/parent company also/matte finish/no oil/sensitive skin/quick application/etc requirements but they helped me find appropriate makeup to suit my needs. They happily returned/exchanged products till I found what I liked. Ill be a lifetime customer. I was in multiple times and dealt with multiple employees and not once did I feel like they didnt care. If you need makeup etc this is the place to go! They have detailed lists for those who prefer cruelty free makeup showing CF/CF parent company/whether sold in China/vegan/etc! Thanks Sephora!
I go to this Sephora location alot and never have the employees treated me right. Theyre always giving you sideways looks, avoiding you(so they dont have to answer your questions) and if you dont look rich or youre not wearing makeup when you go in the store they always assume youre there to steal. I hope they change their attitudes because im never buying enything at that store again.
