Ordered scrubs online. The order took about 3 weeks to ship to my house. The scrubs were the wrong size (size chart was very misleading), so I called to exchange for a different size. They told me over the phone that my order "didn't qualify for free shipping" because I was 2 cents short of the $50 minimum mark. Therefore, I would have to pay for BOTH the shipping back to New Brunswick AND then again to me in Toronto! Having heard this, I just wanted a full refund. I paid $35+ on shipping alone - for scrubs I didn't even keep.TERRIBLE return/exchange policy! I will not be shopping here again.
This was my first purchase with scrubs Canada. Thinking it was a Canadian site with free shipping, I thought I would get my order within a reasonable time. Then I found out that the items ship from the USA to their Canadian warehouse so that shipping can be free for us. Well that may seem like a nice deal, I would rather buy somewhere close to home and get it for the same price. I shop online all the time and free shipping is amazing, but to have it take more than one month to arrive is unacceptable. I expect that kind of delay with purchasing from china but not from a Canadian website. I ordered in December and got most of my order at the end of January. There was one item missing. I only found out when I saw the receipt. There was no email to notify me that one item was being sent later. I ask customer service via email to send me a tracking of the last item but none was given. Not until a month after I received an email stating that it is on its way and a tracking number will be provided. But not tracking number was provided. I canceled that order and received a refund which was great. Great customer service but I won't be buying from this site due to this experience and long wait time.
IF I could give this a lower rating I would. Im just shocked at how the service has gotten so bad. I used to shop there for years. Over the past year it feels that the staff cant be bothered to help anymore. I only kept going over the years because of the staff really. Ive found cheaper scrubs elsewhere but the service when I took the trip to come here was always spot on. The old manager is gone and it seems she took the good service with her. Its a shame. Aside from the occasional yelling and swearing I heard coming out of the computer by what I was told was the owner, the store was good.
I prefer scrubs that are comfortable, fashionable, professional looking, and good quality. I can find all of this on the scrubs web site and any extra items beyond scrubs I might need all at reasonable prices. Maybe this is why I have shopped in their site for yeas. Love my Scrubs Canada!!
Still haven't received my scrubs or a tracking number after almost 3 weeks.Would have ordered direct through the company or Amazon had I have known the service had been so poor!
