Lots of deals at Canadian tire today. I have no complaints. Always there to help, one guy especially has part of management and every time I'm in there he's always going up to people asking if they need help and always going above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy, I always enjoy the friendly help, should be more people like him, unfortunately i can't think of his name right now.
I have had several terrible customer experiences at this location. Most notable was calling them several times but no one ever answering the phone. Since their site said they had what I needed in stock, I drove there anyway only to discover they didn't have it. However, it took them so long to verify this, I then had to rush to another location to try to get the item before the other location closed.
Staff was great at helping me find what I was looking for. Their prices are affordable and you can always count that you are getting the best quality parts for your car. The store was kept clean and their store hours are very convenient.
We came to the garage because it was a weekend and the dealership wasnt open. We told them the wiper motor had probably went for my wipers. WE EVEN BROUGHT A NEW WIPER MOTOR. The staff were friendly and accommodating but after a quick, I mean quick inspection of the wipers and assembly. They came back to us saying, it wasnt the motor and that they checked the fuses and fuse box. They had no idea what was going on. Well, it turns out they DID NOT check the fuse box because the fuse was blown, no wonder they didnt get the motor to work. The fuse was blown and when we and a friend replaced the fuse with a spare, turns out it was the motor after all. I paid money for them to say they checked everything. Was a total waste of my time and money. Oh! And not only that! They broke off all the pins to keep in the area to keep the plastic in place for the wiper area and then when we opened up the hood they had it ZIPTIED!!!!! Im astonished how they have this place still operating. I paid money for them to break my stuff and tell me they checked everything. Never again will I go here. Please do not take your vehicles to this shop.
