If I could give zero stars I would! Make sure to keep your receipts because several months later, theyll try to send you another invoice that youve already paid for! Then when you call them out for their mistake, theyll give you a backhanded apology while still trying to lay blame at your feet for other nonsense! The plumbers who came to us literally worked for over an hour on the wrong thing (at a weekend, evening rate x2!). Just complete nonsense when trying to resolve the erroneous charge! Some of the nastiest people Ive ever dealt with who do not understand the meaning of customer service! If youll notice from previous complaints, they dont take ownership of the issue at handthey respond to reviews with excuses!

For the little service it was way overpriced. Had to call electrician who had to turn on the water after fixing by a plumber. That should not happen...
Natalie was very nice, she listened to me and scheduled a convenient appointment so I didn't have to miss too much work. The technician arrived on-time and fixed my leaking toilet and even weared Shoe-Bees to protect my floors. Excellent Service!
Terrible service. The plumber came to my door, was friendly, but was quoted $94 evaluation fee before she even came. Then before she started doing anything, quoted me $360 to unplug a kitchen sink drain. She did the exact same thing I did but cut the pipe to make an easier access pipe for snaking it. She had a bigger snake to run down the drain 3 times and couldn't figure out what the issue was and left me with a $200 bill. Would never recommend a company that leaves without fixing the problem.
