Best library in Dieppe... Possibly even New-Brunswick.
Wow! For the small size of Moncton, this library is top-notch. There are two levels, accessed by elevator. Each one has a ton of books - but many are French. I have to take a star off for that, but considering Dieppe is a French city, I know why.Huge building that also serves as City Hall. You could definitely spend a day here!
