  I got my nails done on Thursday and that same night 3 of my nails chipped and then they couldn't fix it till sunday at 12, so I went and she fixed them and I went for lunch in the mall and chipped a nail so I went straight back and they said you can come back at 3:30 to fix it, so I said no I need it fixed now I had company coming for thanksgiving supper so I sat at her desk and did my nail myself. By the time I got home it chipped again and so did 2 more. Next morning one popped off and so I fixed them at home and right now I'm leaving a dinner my thumb just popped off. As well 3 of my nails turned yellow like I have nail fungus so I definitely do not recommend this company. Another thing they charge almost 70$ for a refill which is crazy so I found someone else that lots of people recommended for me and she charges regular refill prices. When you get your nails done you don't want to have to wait 3-4days to get it filled. I only went 4 times and my nails are yellow and I need to fix them myself anyway. And last thing I sat in her chair from 2:20 till 5, that's crazy.A very dissapointed ex-customer

  I would highly NOT recommend this place. Called to book appointments for both my boyfriend & I to get pedicures done. I was on the phone with the girl for atleast 15 minutes trying to get an appointment that fits our work schedule, unfortunately I wasnt able to get us both appointments together unti the next WEEK. Day of the appointment comes, we finally locate the place in the mall to be told one of the girls who was suppose to be doing mine no longer works there and that theyve tried calling me plenty of times since I booked the appointment I had not ONE missed call during the whole WEEK I had the appointment booked, then was asked if one of us wanted to get a pedicure since we were there already. Telling me to check my missed calls from yesterday, while Im standing there with my phone showing here Ive got not ONE single call from them, trying to pass the blame off on me, the customer. Should have listened to all the negative reviews this place has but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Safe to say they will never have our business again.

  I went here Thursday for an eyebrow waxing and hair diagnostic, and again Saturday for a haircut and treatment. I forget the name of the lady who waxed my eyebrows (sorry!) but she did a really great job. I haven't had my eyebrows down in 10 years, and while it hurt just as much as I remember, the results were great, I'm very happy with how they look. Saly fixed my haircut (was cut for straight hair but mine is very curly) without taking off too much length and switched me from my normal shampoos to a cleansing cream, which I really love. Very personable and knowledgeable, and they offer a TON of different services. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

  The worst. The lady there I think shes the wife to the owner of the place shes so full of her self. I told them what I wanted she asked if it was French tips I said no its acrylic and she said its $55. After getting my nails done they say its $70 because it was a designed nail. The only thing I got was acrylic and a pink polish, whats the designs included? Worst place ever ESPECIALLY that girl. Never going back and dont recommend anyone to. She treats you like shes the boss of you. STUPID.

  Tasha is the best. Very knowledgeable about make-up. She gave me excellence advice to upgrade my looks. I love my new cut and she has the greatest personality. I will be back....I wish you would offer lash and skin care, I would go see her . Thanks girl you're the best !!
